The service
The app is free to use in your browser. There are currently no accounts or paid plans; if memberships are introduced, their terms will be published here before anything can be bought. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time.
What you make
Worlds, patterns, images, videos and 3D models you create with the app are yours, and you may use them for any purpose, including commercially. A share link contains your world; anyone you give it to can open it.
Fair use
- Don't try to disrupt, overload or break into the site or the services behind it.
- The app's code, design and name belong to us. You may use the app, but not copy, resell or republish it as your own.
Flashing light
Fast-running worlds, glow and pulse effects can flicker. If you are sensitive to flashing light, run worlds slowly, turn glow and pulse off, and stop if you feel unwell.
No warranty
The app is provided free and as it is, without any guarantee that it will be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. It is a simulation for exploration and fun; don't rely on it for anything critical.
Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from your use of the free app, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects the rights that mandatory consumer law gives you.
Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country, and you can bring a claim before the courts where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
